Online Store vs. In-Store Purchases
Purchases made through the Paul’s Furniture website may differ from those made in-store. In-store purchases may feature promotional pricing, while online purchases offer broader shipping options across Canada. Please refer to your in-store receipt for specific terms related to in-store purchases.
Shipping for Online Purchases
We ship to most major cities across Canada. Delivery time frames vary depending on your region. Below are the estimated delivery windows and general guidelines for shipping and delivery.

Local Pickup
All local pickups are free of charge at our Richmond warehouse. Please call or text before arriving to confirm your product is ready. You can select Local Pickup at checkout if you prefer to collect your order directly.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the item weight or size. You’ll see the full rate before completing your purchase.
For remote or interior regions, additional surcharges may apply. If an updated carrier fee exceeds your expectations, we will refund your full purchase—no questions asked.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Once processed, you’ll receive confirmation with tracking or delivery coordination details.
