Shipping, Terms & Conditions for Online Store Purchases vs. In-Store Purchases
Purchases made through the Paul’s Furniture Low website differ from those made in-store. While in-store purchases may include promotional pricing, online purchases offer a wider range of affordable shipping options across various regions. Please refer to the in-store receipt for terms and conditions specific to those purchases.

We ship to most major cities across Canada. Delivery time frames vary by location (details below).
Local Pickup
Local pickups are free at our Richmond warehouse. Please call or text before you arrive so we can ensure your order is ready. You can select “Local Pickup” at checkout if you prefer to collect your items directly.
Local Deliveries in B.C. (Lower Mainland)
Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster, Surrey, Abbotsford, and other Lower Mainland cities: 1–5 business days from processing.
Vancouver Island & Other B.C. Deliveries
Deliveries outside the local zone—including Vancouver Island—may take a few extra days. We will contact you within 24 hours of order placement to provide an estimated delivery window. Typical delivery range: 2–9 days.
Other Provinces (Canada)
Timelines depend on the carrier/trucking company and final destination. Most out-of-province deliveries take 3–12 days. Deliveries are typically regular driveway drop-offs. We will confirm an estimated delivery date within 24 hours of your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs display at checkout (just before payment). Rates vary by region and are calculated from your delivery address. Interior/remote areas or locations outside regular truck routes may reflect higher fees. If an updated carrier fee does not meet your expectations, we will refund your full purchase—no questions asked.
